In the City of Lynchburg, the market remained active with primarily mid ranged home sales leading the way. The highest transaction was 2030 Royal Oak Way, which sold for $324,900, followed closely by 113 Wayne Drive at $306,000 and 1501 Lynndale Place at $304,500.
