Lynchburg Agenda is an independent, hyper-local publication focused exclusively on Greater Lynchburg. Founded in early 2024 by seasoned media executive and former News & Advance publisher Kelly Mirt, the Agenda was created to provide consistent, community-centered coverage of the region.

Our reporting spans real estate transactions, restaurant and dining coverage, business developments, local government, schools, sports, and the people shaping our community. We also curate noteworthy reporting from other media outlets and public and private entities to ensure readers remain fully informed.

Each Tuesday at 6:00 a.m., Lynchburg Agenda delivers its weekly publication directly to subscribers’ inboxes, with every issue permanently archived on our website for ongoing access.
