Most Greater Lynchburg Restaurants Earn Low Violation Totals During Health Inspections

Three establishments post perfect inspections as no routine inspection exceeds three violations

Greater Lynchburg restaurants turned in one of their strongest inspection weeks of the year, with no routine inspection generating more than three violations and three establishments earning perfect inspections.

The Central Virginia Health District conducted routine inspections, follow-up visits, other regulatory reviews and pre-opening inspections across Greater Lynchburg from June 16-22. Nearly three-fourths of the routine inspections resulted in three or fewer violations, continuing a positive trend in food safety compliance.
