The New London Tech Disc Golf Course officially reopened to the public on May 31, 2025.
Since March, Bedford County Parks & Rec staff were hard at work relocating nine holes on the course to accommodate an expansion of the New London Business & Technology Center. This project was completed in collaboration with world champion disc golfer Paul McBeth, who was also the original course designer.
Their work over the past two months included:
- Old tee pads removed and replaced
- New fairways cleared
- Bridges added across parts of the property
- A brand-new parking area created for easier access. As you enter the Center, parking for Hole 1 is now located on your right, just past the New London Emergency Services building. (Do not park in the emergency services parking lot.)
Beginning in June, site prep will start for the expansion. This may temporarily affect some trails and main parking areas.
