Greater Lynchburg Real Estate Market Shows Consistent Activity Across Region
The Greater Lynchburg real estate market continued to show consistency with recent weeks as both residential sales and new construction activity showed mid-priced transactions across the City of Lynchburg and the surrounding counties of Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford, and Campbell.
In the City of Lynchburg, some of the highest-priced transactions reflected interest in both residences and investment properties. The top sale was Unit D at 1220 Main Street Condominiums, which sold for $450,000, followed closely by the property at 911 and 915 Rothwood Road, which changed hands for $445,000. Another major transaction occurred in The Bluffs at Riverside, where a home on Lot 6 sold for $399,900.
