Private aviation remained steady at Lynchburg Regional Airport during the July 14–19 reporting period, with a diverse mix of corporate jets, turboprops, military aircraft and locally based business aviation.

The week featured multiple Cessna Citation models, including Citation Excels, CitationJets, a Citation Bravo and a Citation Mustang, along with two Cirrus Vision Jets, an Eclipse 500 and a Pilatus PC-12. Lynchburg-based operators Seven Hills 5260 LLC and Davisair Inc. were among the week's most active aircraft owners, while several transient business aircraft arrived from destinations including Teterboro, Cleveland, Fort Lauderdale, Philadelphia, Chicago, Colorado and southwest Florida.

Military activity included U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps aircraft on Tuesday, followed Thursday by a tail of WING17 continued to Wilmington, North Carolina. No state government aircraft were recorded during the reporting period.

Agenda PJ's tracked 18 business jet arrivals, 17 business jet departures, seven same-day business aviation visits, eight overnight aircraft stays, and three military aircraft movements during the six-day reporting period. Routine airline service, Liberty University flight training, most piston-powered general aviation aircraft and medical helicopter operations are not included.

Business aviation activity picked up Sunday at Lynchburg Regional Airport with three Cessna business jets and several aircraft completing overnight visits.

A Citation Excel flew in from Cleveland before remaining overnight, while another Citation Excel made a same-day stop between southwest Florida and southern New Jersey. Two aircraft that had remained at Lynchburg from earlier in the week—a Citation Excel and a Davisair-operated CitationJet—both departed for Washington Dulles. An Eclipse 500 also continued its trip back to Fort Lauderdale after arriving Friday.

Private aviation activity remained active Thursday at Lynchburg Regional Airport, with a mix of locally based aircraft, same-day corporate visits and military traffic.

A Cessna Citation Mustang completed a brief stop between Asheville and New Jersey, while a Pilatus PC-12 continued from the Charlotte area to Orlando. A Piper turboprop also made a same-day round trip from the Atlanta area. Two additional business jets—a Cirrus Vision Jet and a Cessna Citation Jet—arrived during the morning with no corresponding Thursday departures recorded.

Davisair's Lynchburg-based Citation Jet returned from the Chicago area during the afternoon. Another Citation Jet that had arrived Wednesday evening from Teterboro departed Thursday morning for the Myrtle Beach area.
