Peter Helvie and Silke Watson sold a Beacon Hill Subdivision property for $715,000, at 132 Beacon Hill Pl. Sellers were represented by Erin McWane with Blickenstaff & Company Realtors. These top-tier sales demonstrate significant investment in luxury residential.
In Bedford County, the top sale was a $1.25 million transaction in Lees Mill Farms, where Ronnel and Julie Parker sold Tract 14 to Jeffrey and Kimberly Rawlings. Sellers were represented by Tina Friar with Keller Williams Lynchburg.
Following that, a home in Mountain View Shores sold for $760,000 to Joseph J. Bird, trustee, from Tage R. Rainsford and Danielle N. Bird. James and Marsha Ryan sold a home in the Jonesfields Subdivision to the Laughlins for $325,000, while a 5-acre property on Hixburg Road went for $250,000.
