The City of Lynchburg top transaction was the $450,000 purchase of Lot 5 in Villa Sites from James E. Rice to Nancy Bovenizer. Close behind was the $399,900 transfer of Lot 29 in Downing Woods from The Fons LLC to James L. Bugg III and Ann Stuart Bugg, followed by the $392,000 sale of 239 Warwick Lane from Ryan and Janelle Hendrickson to Anton and Barbara Tevelev, co-trustees.
