in the investigation of a vehicle arson early this morning. It occurred around 1:30 am at the Jobbers Overall apartments on Kemper Street. A four-door Nissan sedan was set on fire in the parking lot. Anyone with information about the incident is encouraged to call (434) 455-6375.
