In the City of Lynchburg, the highest residential sale was 218 Bentley Grove, where Gregory Jon and Katrina Elizabeth Failla sold to Matthew R. and Susan I. Gaither for $540,000, leading the city’s market activity. Faila’s were represented by Erin McWane of Blickenstaff & Co. Realtors.

Closely, R7B Associates of Lynchburg LLC sold 2941 Carroll Ave. to Dantas Properties LLC for $430,000, highlighting continued demand for investment properties. Meanwhile, William B. and Joy W. Rayfield sold Lot 59, Brookville Villageto Jason Kinsey for $375,000, reflecting steady interest in suburban neighborhoods within city limits.
In Bedford County, the standout sale was the impressive transaction of Lot 25, section 2, Mountain View Shores, sold by James A. and Catharine S. Carty to Cabin Crew LLC for $1.3 million.
