Close behind, Units 204 and 206 at The Crown at Cornerstone sold for $659,000 to FPJ Investments LLC, marking another investment within the Cornerstone community.

Rounding out the top sales was 14 Wendover Square, purchased by Louis W. and Jean V. Cheng for $399,900.
