The Greater Lynchburg real estate market continues to show a competitive market across the City of Lynchburg and its surrounding counties, with recent high-value commercial transactions and a dose of new construction activity. Recent property sales highlight demand in both mid-priced residential neighborhoods while building permits reflect continued investment in housing and local infrastructure.

In the City of Lynchburg, the highest transaction was the $2 million sale of 106 Cornerstone Street, where I&A Holdings LLC transferred the property to Signature Restaurant Holdings LLC. 106 Cornerstone Street is where Iron and Ale is located. Another major sale was the $909,060 purchase of 3826 Old Forest Road and an additional parcel by Sola Fide LLC from Sola Gratia LLC.

Among residential properties, 2320 Reese Street sold for $452,000, while 312 Warwick Lane and an additional parcel followed closely at $439,000. Sellers on Reese Street were represented by Kristen Lee Massie with Keller Williams.
