Located in the heart of Lynchburg’s upscale Wyndhurst district, Vie Wellness Club has quickly become a standout health and wellness destination for women living in the Lynchburg community. Founded just under a year ago by Tory Varricchione, a graduate of Liberty University with a passion for entrepreneurship, Vie was built on a mission to transform exercise into something more meaningful, an experience that empowers women to feel and be their best physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

At its core, Vie offers far more than a traditional fitness studio. The wellness club features a spacious atrium, group exercise rooms, and a luxurious relaxation area complete with saunas, red light therapy, and on-site IV drip therapy through a partnership with Endura Wellness. The drip therapy treatments include energy-boosting, hydration, and immune-support blends designed to replenish the body at a cellular level. Members can also take advantage of multiple daily fitness classes, including jumpboard reformer Pilates and beginner-friendly full-body workouts.

For Tory, however, the vision behind Vie extends well beyond physical fitness. “We’re very big on our community,” she explains. “Many of our members are very close—we keep up with them and care about how they’re doing physically, mentally, and spiritually.” Over the past year, the club has partnered with more than a dozen local businesses—including aestheticians, flower shops, coffee shops, and jewelry stores—to build strong connections and create a network centered on helping women feel confident inside and out.

Vie offers several membership tiers, with the most popular being the unlimited option. This plan allows members to attend as many classes as they like, at a low cost of only $12 per class, while also providing discounted access to wellness treatments such as red light therapy and sauna sessions. A standout feature of the club is its monthly member events, designed to foster connection beyond the workout environment. “These events allow people to have fun and socialize without working out, which is an important part of building community”, Tory shares, “It helps everyone connect outside of that workout atmosphere.”

Looking ahead, Vie’s upcoming April event, Wellness with a View, promises to embody that sense of wellness and authentic community. Hosted in partnership with City View Venues, the event will take place on Friday, April 10th from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Guests can enjoy energizing mat pilates sessions in 30-minute intervals, followed by cold plunges, and time afterwards to socialize and shop throughout Lynchburg’s newly revitalized downtown. Set against the backdrop of a beautiful spring evening, the evening promises to be a can’t-miss experience for all who plan to attend.

Looking to the future, Vie Wellness Club has no desire to slow down. With plans to hopefully add new locations the Richmond metropolitan area and potentially Northern Virginia, the club’s rapid growth highlights the meaningful impact it has already made. More than just a fitness destination, Vie is cultivating a community where women feel empowered to be the best versions of themselves, in every sense.
