Home prices varied widely across Greater Lynchburg this week, highlighted by the sale of the Crosswhite Athletic Club properties to NAV Real Estate LLC.
Real estate activity across the Greater Lynchburg area remained mixed, with notable residential transactions and development activity recorded in Lynchburg and the surrounding counties of Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford and Campbell. Few high-end home sales highlighted the market, while new residential construction continued to drive building permit activity throughout the region.
The City of Lynchburg was led by a landmark commercial transaction as Crosswhite Athletic Club LLC sold 118 Davis Cup Road and 309 Wiggington Road to NAV Real Estate LLC for $5.65 million.

Among residential sales, 508 Old Trent's Ferry Road sold for $539,900 from Paul S. and Martha H. Clatterbuck to Robert E. Cleland.
Robert E. and Cynthia D. Seng sold a Boxwood Farm property AKA 607 Susannah Pl to Brett Marshall and Kelly Oravet Riley for $539,000. Sellers were represented by Kathy Terrell with John Stewart Walker.
