While running errands and shopping with my mom and one-year-old daughter, we needed somewhere child-friendly and quick for lunch. Since my daughter gets bored easily, Logan’s Roadhouse seemed like the perfect pit stop.

We arrived around 12:30 p.m., and the restaurant was surprisingly quiet. By the time we left closer to 1:30, though, it was beginning to fill up.

Our waitress was delightful, friendly, and attentive. She even brought my daughter crayons and a coloring sheet, although she is still learning how to use them. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcome.

I ordered macaroni and cheese for my daughter. It was simple and might have seemed bland to an adult, but it was perfect for a young child. She loved it—along with Logan’s delicious rolls, which are always one of the best parts of a visit.

My mom and I shared the Made-From-Scratch Loaded Potato Skins, topped with melted cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and green onions, and served with sour cream. They were delicious!

We also split the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich from the lunch menu. The chicken was breaded in-house, wonderfully crispy, and served with fries. At only $9.99, it was surprisingly good and an excellent value.

Overall, we enjoyed a satisfying, all-American lunch that was quick, affordable, and family-friendly. Best of all, my daughter left happy and full!
