Prices in Richmond $3.59, Roanoke $3.63, and Virginia Beach $3.69 all sit above Lynchburg, while Charlottesville $3.58 and Danville $3.53 are slightly higher as well. Northern Virginia continues to lead the state, with Alexandria at $3.99 per gallon.
